Shipping Policy

Shipping costs:

Shipping is free. We do not charge anything for shipping.

Shipment processing time:

Every effort is made to place your order as soon as possible. Pressing time 1 – 3 working days, Transited time 5-7 working days.

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) on the same day. Orders placed after 11 am Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee.

We use the USPS to deliver the product.

Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at Contact@catchlux.com or Call Us at +1 (724) 790-4544

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
